Weakness: He is a human and has all the frailties that a human has and is susceptible to all of them.

Appearance: Jeff is six foot and has these striking blues eyes, short cropped blonde hair, and a body that is built from both his time in the military and then working his land in Montana. Jeff carries smiles and it tugs at several small scars on his face. His body has more than several large scars that make it look like a road map of pain his body has been put through. It is a very well built body that makes women want to trace those scars.
Personality: It is hard to lock down how Jeff actually is as he has it hidden behind the years of pushing everyone away and then finally the few he lets in see the true person. A man who actually cares for people and the things in the world. He gives this front of being a hard ass and that there are no chinks in his stony façade that he gives the world. He would rather people think that he is an asshole. It works for him and has gotten him through life so far.

History (Birthplace, Family, etc):
Jeff can be anyone and anywhere because of how he has walked in life. He is the man on the corner talking on his cell phone, or that man in the store buying a gallon of milk, he is rather hard to spot and to nail. He is a ghost and leaves very little digital footprint so nailing him down unless you know to is a difficult process.
Jeff thought he was going to be a career Marine like his father but growing up he saw more places as a kid than he wished to see and told himself he would never do that to his family in the first place. He moved from place to place and his mother, father, two older sisters, Sarah and Molly, made due with the moves.
Their final place they came to rest was South Carolina as his dad took a train tour to train new Marines. He found that life in the south was to his liking and after high school took a job for the summer before making a decision about his life. He liked working on cars and hunting and both were his life. His dad, Norman, pressured him to choose a direction in life and after six months he chose and it was straight to the USMC. His father while he was a Marine didn’t like the world wasn’t a safe place and his son being a warfighter didn’t sit well with him.
He was there the day his son showed up to Parris Island and from there out the rest is history. He was dogged everyday and treated like dirt. He persevered and became a Marine. He excelled on the range and earned his expert ribbon in shooting. He chose infantry school and excelled at being a grunt. He was so good in his school it caught the attention of some Recon instructors had their eye caught and instantly had him apply for Force Recon.
He applied and was accepted with the training being some of the most grueling he had ever thought he could endure and then after that he was deployed to several hot spots to complete recon missions and unconventional warfare missions against enemies his government labeled dangerous. At first he was the youngest man within his unit. Time passed he gained skill, injuries, and finally he was done after four years of service to a government he had watched send good people to their death. He left the military and still had a whole in his life and found an ad for the Foreign Legion. He traveled to join them and was accepted. He found that learning French was something he was going to have to do quickly and in his training it was accelerated to the point where he was being beaten every day either through exercise or physical lessons.
He learned quickly and soon was deploying to the Middle East to fight in Iraq with his new brothers. He was an expert shot and they fast tracked him to be a sniper and he excelled at that role. Three tours in Iraq and two in Afghanistan and he had finished his commitment to the Foreign Legion. He left with honorable discharge from the Legion and he was just getting into Bangor, Maine when a man approached him. He introduced himself as Darius England and said he had a job for him if he was willing to accept.
He took the man’s card and left to catch his next flight back to Montana because he had some quality time lined up with his cabin and some moonshine he had been saving up. He flew home and spent the next two weeks cleaning up his cabin, clearing brush, making repairs, but most of all just taking time to himself to decided what to do. After that he spent the next two weeks hunting and getting his stores back up to base stock for himself. He still had a run to make to town and when he finally got his truck running he saw the card and decided to make the call to see what the man was offering.
The call was short and a meeting arranged. It was quick and to the point the call and he met the man at the local diner. They discussed what he was going to be doing and why they needed a man of his skill set. He said he would call them when he made the decision and a week later, mainly due to boredom he called and was picked up at the end of the week. He found the facility to be interesting and when introduced to the subject he laughed. It was a little girl no older than two and she was actually disassembling a weapon and putting it back to together. He found it interesting and when they asked him if he could train her he asked questions and said he would get no answers until he signed a contract and agreed to the terms.
The compensation was more than he thought he would be getting but he agreed even though he was uneasy with idea. He still took the job and started within the week after securing his cabin. He trained that girl and tried to impart a warrior’s ethic to her and it seemed to work. He watched this girl grow, was a frequent guest at Director England’s home, and most of all he got to know both his children.
When they were working, they were working hard, he was with the girl they called R1K but then when she was five she said her new designation as given to her by Dr. Lackland was Rhona. He smiled and told Rhona they were going on a run and they went on a run. He always exercised her at the beginning of the day and then they rested and went over tactics after breakfast, and then over lunch they went over weapons and their best uses, and then over dinner they would discuss old battles. He went through it all with Rhona.
Jeff found solace in his visits to Darius and Ava’s home and sometimes he was wsent to check on Ava. At first he didn’t find it odd but then he started to get a little uncomfortable around Ava. It wasn’t due to the fact she was an attractive woman. It was because she always drug information out of him about his life. She was an inquisitive, intelligent, and beautiful woman. He found that her taking an interest in him was more than he could bear at times because he had an attraction to her. He didn’t say anything about what he knew her husband was up to with Katherine Lackland back at the facility. That was none of his business and he kept it from her.
It wasn’t until she said she knew her husband was having an affair that he was caught in a hard spot and she had approached him while he was off in town having a drink at the bar, she had gotten a sitter for the kids and Darius was still off at facility with Lackland. She didn’t keep it a secret what her intentions were and he refused her advances the first several times but after a while he gave in and they started sleeping together. It was never in her home because of Skye and Matt but always elsewhere.
The days started to move into months and then years, Rhona was nearly fourteen and due to augmented when it all went south for Jeff with Ava. She was killed by her husband and the ensuing fight that happened at the facility, started by Jeff, left him without a job because Darius fired him. It was his fault and he went back home having collected his salary for the last 12 years and comfortable. He was somewhat of a broken man due to a woman he loved and who was in the process of drawing up divorce papers to leave Darius and that must have sent him over the edge. He was living in the woods like a bear and pretty much wanting to be left alone. He got his wish for three years and then an seventeen-year-old Skye showed up looking like she had been in a fight and on the losing side. He didn’t question her because he always said if someone he knew and loved found him they could stay. She did stay with him for at least a year solid and he started to teach her to hunt, track, stalk, and disappear in the woods. She left and he was sad to see her go, it was like his little girl was taking off on him. He wanted her to stay but she was a grown woman and capable of making her own decisions. He had ensured that she had a little something of her own. He did one thing before she left. The 1977 Harley Davidson they had been working together was finished and he gave the keys to Skye and the registration to her.
She rode off and not long, maybe six to eight months, after she left she came back and they spent more time together just chilling, working to keep up the food and him imparting more skills to her. She left again and he went back to doing what he was doing and the people in town asking why he let his daughter go off and come back as she pleased. He answered that she wouldn’t learn anything if she didn’t experience the world.
She came back one last time before she turned 21 and they pretty much did what they always did, which was hunt, drink, and basically make a nuisance of themselves in town. He loved her visits as she was one of the few people in the world who knew how to find him. The people for from the facility couldn’t even find him and he had taken measures to ensure that he could see them coming before they got him. He was sad to see her leave again but he could always find her if he needed to visit. After all she wasn’t to hard to find she did stir up her special brand of trouble and he was more accepting of who she was than her own father. It was a bond and one he wouldn’t sell for anything.
